Merry Edwards Winery

OUR STORY

     Merry Edwards Winery was founded in 1997 and produces terroir-driven, single-vineyard Pinot Noirs, including the winery flagship Meredith Estate, from more than 80 acres of estate vineyards in the Russian River Valley, Anderson Valley and Sonoma Coast appellations. The winery is known for producing Pinot Noirs of immense depth, elegant structure and exceptional longevity, as well as a fragrant, barrel-aged Russian River Valley Sauvignon Blanc that is among the most sought after made in California.

     Today, the winery and all of its vineyards are Certified California Sustainable, and the winery continues to be women-led. The brand entered its newest chapter after founder Merry Edwards’ retirement in 2020. Her handpicked successor, Winemaker Heidi von der Mehden, and Winery President Nicole Carter picked up exactly where Merry left off, producing critically acclaimed wines treasured by legions of Merry Edwards’ fans.
